Before submitting any content to Sarjak, please read and understand the following general guidelines and policies

Originality of Content:

Each piece of content presented by the creator must be original and not copied or plagiarized from other sources. The creator is responsible for any theft or plagiarism and may face legal action. We are not responsible for your Content, So please always share your own Content.

Content Sharing

The creator may choose to publish their content on other platforms or share it publicly, but take a note that the rights of the creator with other Platform must not be violated when publishing on Sarjak. because Some Platform take your digital Rights too. (We are not taking any Digital or Physical Rights, We just take publishing right on Sarjak.)

Formatting

The content should be typed in Unicode font, Google input tool or Google Indic keyboard if its in Local language. The content should be saved in a formatted document such as Word or a text file to avoid formatting changes during publication.

(Preferable – Shruti fonts for Gujarati, Mangal fonts for Hindi, or any Online Supported font will be free to use. Its just a Suggestion for Better Visibility or Format of your content on Website.)

Voluntary Submission

By submitting your content to Sarjak, You must have to confirms that the creation is original and voluntarily offered to Sarjak. Without any Royalties or Payments.

No Charges

As per our Policies we are not charge any fees for showcasing the creator’s content on platform. it’s Completely free and will be ever.

Royalties

Sarjak does not pay any royalties to the creator for the work published on its platform, except in cases related to predetermined discussions or competition victories, or conditions not set by the creator. basically we are free and open for content creation and sharing it globally.

Creator Responsibility

The creator is solely responsible for the content they post or given to post on Sarjak. While the copyright of the content may change hands, the creator will always be held responsible.

Translation Requests

If someone requests a translation of a published work on Sarjak, then platform take rights for authorise them to do it. But, Still The copyright of the original content will always remain with the original author.

Creator’s Rights

The platform does not hold or take any rights or copyrights to the creator’s creation. All rights of their content should be reserved remain with the creator until the end of their life.(Legal concessions granted by the Government in respect of copyright and related rights shall apply. The producer shall not be liable for any concessions stated in law.)

Intellectual Property

The content presented on the Sarjak website remains the intellectual property of the creator and is under their control for Lifetime (or As per Copyright Law by Gov.). Any theft or misappropriation of the content will be considered as a legal offense by the creator.

For Author or Creator Who submit their Content to Sarjak, By submitting their content to Sarjak, the creator agrees to comply with these guidelines and policies. Appeal

Please include the following information in your appeal:

• The title and URL of the content that was removed
• Evidence that you are the original author or have permission to use the content in question
• Any additional information that may help us evaluate your appeal
